By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. md77 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on md77:

• Any person under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction

• Any person acting on behalf of another individual to circumvent these eligibility restrictions
• Any person whose account has been permanently closed by md77 for breach of these Terms

Each player is permitted to hold one account on md77. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. md77 will permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances if duplicate accounts are detected. Players who suspect that a duplicate account has been created in their name must contact [email protected] immediately.

During registration you are required to provide your mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 1. The information you provide must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your md77 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. md77 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify [email protected].

Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP is available as an optional additional security layer. md77 is not liable for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, including instances where you have allowed another person to use your device or access your account.

md77 may at any time request that you verify your identity by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence). KYC verification may also be required before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount, or where md77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by md77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must place total bets of ৳20,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are displayed in full in the applicable promotion page before a bonus is claimed.

Different game types may contribute differently to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting and crash games may contribute at a lower percentage than video slots. • Opening or operating more than one account on md77, whether in your own name or under a false identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using md77 for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage

md77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated time
• Engagement in conduct that md77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players

Players who wish to close their md77 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's registered payment method before the account is closed, provided the account is in good standing and no outstanding investigations are pending. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
